Shipments we don't accept :

We do not accept as a shipment anything that is considered a restricted article or hazardous material by the Department of Transportation(DOT), International Air Transport Association(IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Indian Postal ACT.

 

Claims :

It is important that you are aware that not all claim requests will be processed, only those claims deemed appropriate under company policy will be eligible for the claim. 

If you wish to submit the claim for a lost or damaged shipment the shipper must :

  • Submit the claim in writing.
  • Your claim must be received within 20 days from the date we accept your shipment.

Please note: We will not review a claim until all shipment and any other related charges owed have been paid to us.

Right to inspect :

Your shipment may be at our discretion or at the request of government authorities,as and when required, be opened and inspected by us or such authorities at any time.

Whatever information provided by us on our website is correct to the best of our knowledge. Even so, In case of any changes, We can not be held liable and responsible that has not been updated on our website.
